Mr. Hofsink has spent over 15 years in Audit and Assurance Services working with KPMG and Ernest & Young, and over 15 years with Oiko credit as Director of Finance and Risk Management and Compliance. Mr. Hofsink joined Oikocredit in 1995, in 2002 he was appointed CFO/Director of Finance & Administration and in 2013 as Director for Risk Management Compliance and IT. He has spent more than a decade on the Management Team and Board of Oikocredit with responsibilities ranging from Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Risk Management and IT and also was the chair of the credit committee of Oikocredit for a few years. In April 2015, Mr. Hofsink founded his own consulting company AhRis and currently sits on the board of Fusion Microfinance, Delhi India, Fund for a Fair Future Amersfoort, the Netherlands and Oikocredit Provident Fund. He holds an honors degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
