Jon Pattee

JonManager, Web and Publications

Mr. Pattee is responsible for developing the Center’s online presence, including its website, blog, e-marketing, and social networking. He is also responsible for managing the production and dissemination of Center and ACCION print publications. Mr. Pattee comes to the Center with over 15 years of experience in communications, political organizing, and journalism. Previously, he managed the communications of the international Vietnamese-American nonprofit Boat People SOS, and prior to that he held senior editor posts at Magharebia.com and the Migration Policy Institute. As a journalist, he has lived and worked in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Jordan. His articles have appeared in publications ranging from Labor Research Review to Newsweek. He has advanced proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, and written French.

Mr. Pattee holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University.
