Karthik Venkataraman

Karthik Venkataraman is a leader in Bain’s ESG and Social Impact practices, based in Washington, D.C. He is an expert in Travel & Leisure and Organization. With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, he has worked in Bain’s London and Singapore offices. His probono efforts focus primarily on financial inclusion, and he is a member of the Center for Financial Inclusion’s Advisory Council. He is on the Board of Education for Employment, focused on job training and placement in the MENA region. Karthik also led Bain’s DE&I transformation and is a leader in the firm’s Asians@Bain affinity group.
