Malacci provides a range of administrative, communications and project operations support for the Smart Campaign in anglophone and francophone countries in sub-Saharan and northern Africa. Her work focuses on increasing awareness of the Smart Campaign among stakeholders, improving the ecosystem for client protection, and supporting financial consumer protection regulation and supervisory efforts.
Malacci holds a master’s degree in human rights, development and social justice from the International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, and a bachelor’s degree in business and society from York University. She is a native Ghanaian fluent in English and French.
