Marina focuses on transforming the strategic ideation and solution design processes of financial service providers and identifying and designing innovative financial solutions for women and girls. Marina is a designer with 12 years of experience developing, implementing and scaling innovative solutions to social problems.
Previously, Marina was a vice president at ideas42, where she designed, tested and scaled products, processes and programs in consumer finance, international development and financial inclusion. Before that, Marina led strategy for a social enterprise developing a youth employment program in West Africa. She has also worked on agricultural value chains and private sector development at the World Bank, and in finance and healthcare consulting.
Marina holds a master’s degree in international development from Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s in economics and government from Franklin & Marshall College.
