Mr. Mcintosh is World Vision Canada’s Vice President of Programs & Policy. He has provided oversight to a global portfolio of over $1.25B of programmatic commitments and advocacy initiatives across sectors including Health & Nutrition, Education, WASH, Economic Development and Child Protection. Previously, he served 12 years as Founding Executive Director of International Justice Mission Canada, an organization protecting the poor from violence around the world. Mr. Mcintosh holds a Master of Studies degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Oxford. He has served on governance bodies in Africa, Asia and Latin America with an emphasis on development, justice and inclusion for the most vulnerable. His human rights and humanitarian service have earned recognition including the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal presented by the Prime Minister of Canada.
