Pallavi’s role at Maha is to strengthen the environmental and social bottom line through survey, research, impact evaluation, governance and social and environmental performance monitoring in line with industry recognized standards. She works towards incorporating a sustainable, environmentally friendly and socially responsible approach to all Maha’s practices and activities. Pallavi previously worked as a Program Manager at Disha Foundation, where she worked on promoting and advocating internal migration policy to the Indian government. She also worked as a Protection Intern at UNHCR for 7 months and helped in strengthening social protection initiatives for incoming refugees to India. She holds a B.B.A. from Northwood University and Masters of Public Policy and Human Development from United Nations University.
