Tom Roose has extensive business leadership experience with focus on strategic planning, finance, marketing, project management, and organization design & development. During his 30 years with the financial services subsidiaries of Hewlett Packard, Compaq Computer Corporation, and AT&T he was responsible for leading global functions to establish business strategy, design organizational structures, and implement operational capabilities to address new market opportunities, and manage merger/acquisition and integration activities which resulted in the establishment of five significant financial services business units. With AT&T Capital Corporation from 1985–1997, Tom was Vice President of Corporate Development responsible for global M&A activities. Tom was a member of the Accion Presidents Council for more than 15 years, and served for six years on the New England Advisory Council of Accion USA. Tom holds a BA magna cum laude from Amherst College, M. Ed from Smith College, and MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College where he was a Tuck Scholar.
