A group of women do a customer journey mapping exerciseJoin us for a brown bag lunch at CFI’s office featuring CFI Fellow Alexis Beggs Olsen, who will discuss her research on the digital financial services landscape in Kenya and what constitutes effective “human touch.” Alexis’ fieldwork interviewing a range of financial services providers (FSPs) and a variety of their clients produced insights into the circumstances where Kenyan customers still desire human interaction and surfaced the innovative ways in which FSPs integrate human interfaces into their digital product offerings.
