Aisha Nadira is a Research Specialist at CFI. She first joined Accion in the summer of 2025 as an Impact Associate with the Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) team before transitioning to CFI to lead multi‑country demand‑side research.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Originally from Jakarta, Indonesia, she brings extensive experience working with micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and driving financial inclusion within Southeast Asia’s startup and investment ecosystem. Her background includes managing multi‑country programs, designing research and capacity‑building initiatives, and supporting data‑driven policy and operational decision‑making.

Aisha works at the intersection of public and private sectors, having collaborated with venture capital firms, development partners, and grant‑funded programs. Her work focuses on generating actionable insights and strengthening institutions to better serve small businesses and underserved communities.
