Titiksha Vashist is co-founder and lead researcher at The Pranava Institute, a New Delhi-based research studio working at the intersection of emerging tech, society, policy and design. A political scientist by training, she has led research at Pranava on topics including Responsible AI in the Public Sector in India, Trust and Safety, and Youth and AI. She is also an Inaugural Maitri Fellow of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian Government, and was an AI and Market Power Fellow 2025 of the European AI and Society Fund. 

Titiksha is also co-lead of the Youth Digital Cultures Lab (YDCL), an initiative that puts youth at the centre of our conversations and actions on the digital. YDCL seeks to meaningfully engage with their experiences of digital wellbeing, non-Western digital paradigms and meaningful digital inclusion. She is a two-time awardee of the University of Notre-Dame, and IBM’s Tech Ethics Lab and her work has been presented at global forums, including the UN Internet Governance Forum, IDOS, Re: Publica Festival, and DesignUp Conference.
